Any exchanges or returns must be pre-approved and have a Return Merchandise Authorization number (RMA number).

If you wish to exchange a product you ordered, you have 30 days from the date of delivery to contact us to start the exchange process.
For all exchanges, the customer pays a 25% exchange fee on the original item sale price, plus shipping on the new item, plus or minus any difference in product price.
After 30 days from the date of delivery, no exchanges will be allowed.

All requests for refunds must be made within 30 days from the date of delivery.
For all refunds, the customer pays a 35% restocking fee for the original item sale price, plus shipping on the returned product(s), as well as for shipping on the original order.
Refunds will be made to the original method of payment. Refunds take 7-15 business days to process once the product is accepted and received in our warehouse.

RETURN PROCESS Follow the steps below:
Do not return your item or throw away any product or packaging until our customer service team gives you authorization.
- Take digital pictures of the problem. (if applicable)
- Take digital pictures of the shipping box, if it is damaged.
- Email the customer service department at firstname.lastname@example.org and include the following information:
- Name on the order
- Order number
- Item name & size
- Brief description of the problem
- The pictures of the damage (if applicable)
- Your contact information for your preferred method of contact (daytime phone number and/or email)
- Once your request is processed, you will receive an email with instructions on what needs to be done next.
